About This Role

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct legal research and summarize findings for attorneys
• Draft, review, and proofread legal documents (contracts, pleadings, briefs, correspondence)
• Organize and maintain case files, exhibits, and evidence
• Assist with discovery processes, including document review and production
• Prepare and file legal/court documents, ensuring compliance with deadlines
• Coordinate with clients, counsel, and other external parties across time zones
• Manage case calendars and track key deadlines
• Support attorneys in trial preparation and case organization
• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive legal and client information

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of paralegal experience in a relevant practice area
• Paralegal certificate/degree or equivalent experience
• Strong knowledge of legal terminology, procedures, and documentation standards
• Proficiency in legal research tools (e.g., Westlaw, LexisNexis)
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities under deadlines
• Access to a dedicated workspace/co-working setup for the full duration of working hours

Key Requirements

• Language Proficiency: Excellent English skills are mandatory and non-negotiable

Typing Skills

• Must be capable of typing proficiently in both Arabic and English
• Must perform her work without the use of AI tools
• Typing ability will be tested during the interview stage

Technical Skills

• Must be fully proficient in using Office 365, including Microsoft Teams, MS Office apps, and Zoom platforms
