This role is perfect for an experienced attorney looking to transition away from courtroom battles, billable hour pressures, and a scattered legal focus; or a newer attorney looking to get started in this amazing practice area.\nWe serve clients throughout the State, but we have a practice that includes virtual meetings. Alaska has many small communities that do not have attorneys, and we pride ourselves in being able to offer a great service no matter where our clients reside.\nWe are looking to hire someone from anywhere between 16-40 hours per week.\nResponsibilities:\nCollaborate with clients to understand their unique needs and goals for estate planning.\nDraft and review legal documents related to wills, trusts, and other estate planning instruments.\nConduct client meetings to provide guidance and support throughout the planning process.\nWork closely with our experienced support staff to ensure efficient workflow.\nEmbrace technology to enhance the client experience and streamline internal processes.\nTo Apply: Follow these instructions.
