This is a hands-on leadership role involving infrastructure architecture, cloud operations, reliability, automation, and security. You will also drive the adoption of AI agents in DevOps workflows while building and mentoring the engineering team.\n\nWhat You'll Do:\n\n- Own end-to-end AWS infrastructure, including multi-environment architecture, Kubernetes, deployments, and cloud costs\n\n- Drive reliability and SRE practices through monitoring, observability, incident management, and SLOs\n\n- Build automation across provisioning, deployments, rollbacks, and routine operations\n\n- Integrate AI agents into workflows such as incident analysis, log monitoring, infrastructure management, and cost optimisation\n\n- Strengthen infrastructure security across IAM, secrets management, Terraform, and CI/CD pipelines\n\n- Hire, mentor, and grow the DevOps team while defining the infrastructure roadmap\n\nIdeal Candidate:\n\n- 6 -
