You will lead a dynamic team and work closely with multiple departments to guarantee flawless service delivery in a luxury environment.\nKey Responsibilities\nPlan, coordinate, and execute all banquet and event operations to the highest service standards.\nLead and manage the banqueting team to ensure efficient and professional service delivery.\nLiaise with clients, event planners, and internal departments to ensure all event requirements are met.\nOversee setup, execution, and breakdown of events, ensuring attention to detail at every stage.\nEnsure high standards of food and beverage service during all functions and events.\nManage staffing schedules, event logistics, and operational resources effectively.\nMonitor guest satisfaction and proactively resolve any service issues.\nEnsure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards at all times.\nRequirements\n Qualification: Higher Vocational Training (Ciclo Formativo de Grado Superior) required.\nExperience: Minimum 2 years experience in banqueting, events, or high-volume luxury hospitality operations in a supervisory or management role.\n Languages: Fluent Spanish and English are mandatory.
