Requirements
- Multiple years of tax preparation experience required
- Experience preparing individual and business tax returns
- Strong understanding of federal and state tax regulations
- Excellent communication and client relationship skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines and priorities effectively
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred
- CPA designation advantageous but not required
