Continuously optimize for performance metrics such as CAC ROAS and LTV across target segments.\nLaunch manage and fine-tune multi-channel campaigns using advanced audience targeting automation tools and AI-powered creative assets to maximize effectiveness.\nEstablish and manage robust tracking infrastructure using UTM parameters Google Tag Manager (GTM) and event-based attribution models across web and app environments.\nPartner with CRM product and web development teams to improve onboarding flows personalize retargeting strategies and enhance the overall user journey.\nCollaborate with creative teams to produce compelling ad creatives and conversion-optimized landing pages. Leverage AI and rapid A/B testing to iterate and improve performance.\nWork alongside the data team to develop and maintain performance dashboards. Monitor key KPIs track funnel efficiency and evaluate the impact of marketing experiments.\nManage and allocate media budgets strategically across channels and markets ensuring optimal return on investment and scalability.\nKeep pace with evolving platform capabilities privacy policies and competitor activities. Provide insights and strategic recommendations based on trends and performance analysis.\nRequirements:5 years of hands-on experience in digital or performance marketing with a strong track record managing six-figure budgets effectively.\nIndustry expertise in fintech trading or the CFD space with a solid understanding of lead quality user intent and conversion funnels.\nPlatform proficiency across Google Ads Meta Business Manager TikTok Ads Microsoft Ads and programmatic advertising channels.\nAdvanced tracking knowledge including UTM structuring Google Tag Manager (GTM) Google Analytics 4 and multi-touch attribution models.\nFamiliarity with AI-powered tools such as Pencil and ChatGPT for creative generation A/B testing and performance optimization.\nConversion-focused mindset with experience optimizing landing pages lead forms and funnel efficiency.\nData-driven approach with working knowledge of tools like SQL Power BI or similar platforms for analysis and reporting (preferred).\nStrong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to align closely with internal teams and stakeholders across functions.\nWhats in it for youOur client offers an exciting challenging role in a collaborative dynamic environment.
