As a Product Manager your broad responsibilities will include but are not limited to:\nProduct Leadership\nDrive end-to-end product initiativesfrom discovery and development to delivery and post-launch performance monitoring.\nCollaborate closely with product designers developers and stakeholders to identify user pain points and deliver meaningful data-informed solutions.\nDefine product vision strategy and roadmap in alignment with business goals and user needs.\nData-Informed Decision MakingUse data to uncover friction points in the customer journey and identify opportunities for product improvements.\nBuild and maintain a product roadmap based on measurable outcomes and clear success metrics.\nBenchmark product performance against competitors and industry standards to support strategic decisions.\nStrategic CollaborationPartner cross-functionally with teams such as Compliance Marketing Operations Data and Technology to deliver consistent and aligned product experiences.\nBalance user advocacy business impact and technical feasibility when prioritizing features.\nTranslate complex ideas into clear documentation using user flows wireframes and functional requirements.\n\nThought Leadership\nChampion scalable solutions that anticipate future user needs and influence internal stakeholders to prioritize long-term value.\nStay informed about trends in product management fintech innovation and emerging competitor strategies.\nIdentify growth opportunities across functions and translate them into actionable product initiatives.\nRequirements:7 years of product management experience ideally in fast-paced tech-driven environments.\nProven experience working within agile/Sprint-based development frameworks in close collaboration with technology teams.\nHands-on involvement in developing and launching web (desktop/mobile) or mobile applications for B2C audiences.\n\nBackground in fintech payments trading or broader financial services is strongly preferred.\n\nStrong working knowledge of analytics platforms such as Google Analytics Microsoft Clarity or similar tools for data-driven decision-making.\n\nFamiliarity with A/B testing tools like Optimizely VWO or Google Optimize to support experimentation and optimization.\n\nProficiency with common product and workflow tools such as JIRA Aha! Lucidchart Visio Trello etc.\n\nExperience building products from the ground up (01) as well as scaling established products (1100).\n\nCompetence in Excel for data analysis; SQL skills are a plus.\n\nAbility to self-manage and prioritize multiple projects in a fast-paced high-growth setting\n\nNice to have\nEducational background in a STEM field (Science Technology Engineering Mathematics).\nFamiliarity with wireframing and collaboration tools such as Figma Axure or Miro.\nUnderstanding of modern front-end frameworks (e.g. React) and React Native for app development.\nKnowledge of product success metrics including NPS conversion rates churn and user engagement.\nWhats in it for youOur client offers an exciting challenging role in a collaborative dynamic environment.
