Youll play a key role in optimizing processes ensuring risk and regulatory alignment and supporting business growth across regions.\nOperational Oversight\n\nOversee daily trading platform operations (e.g. MT4/MT5) ensuring uptime performance and accuracy.\nCoordinate with IT risk and support teams to maintain operational integrity and promptly resolve platform issues.\nMonitorkey trading metrics such as execution quality latency slippage and system stability.\nPlatform & Product Management\nCollaborate with liquidity providers platform vendors and internal tech teams to enhance product offerings and trading tools.\nSupport the onboarding of new instruments and platform features.\nExecute the operational side of trading campaigns new launches and localized product updates.\nRisk & Compliance\nEnsure all processes align with regulatory legal and internal compliance standards.\nImplement controls to manage operational risks around order routing execution and pricing.\nServe as the operational lead for audits inspections and compliance-related matters.\nData & Performance Insights\n\nAnalyze trading data to identify inefficiencies and optimize processes.\nCollaborate with analytics retention and marketing teams to generate insights for trading behavior and campaign impact.\nTeam & Cross-Functional Collaboration\n\nLead and mentor a small team of trading operations staff fostering a high-performance client-centric culture.\nWork closely with departments such as Sales Marketing Customer Support Risk and IT to ensure smooth delivery of trading services.\nRequirements:Must-Have\n46 years of experience in trading operations middle office or platform management within the FX/CFD industry.\nSolid understanding of MT4/MT5 platforms and experience with copy trading systems or similar tools.\nStrong knowledge of the trade lifecycle execution workflows and post-trade operations.\nAnalytical mindset with comfort interpreting trading performance and user behavior data.\nExperience working in a global or multi-regional team environment.\nNice-to-Have\nPrevious leadership or mentoring experience.\nFamiliarity with CRMs risk systems and ticketing tools (e.g. JIRA Zendesk).\nEducation & Certifications\nBachelors degree in Finance Economics Business or a related discipline.\nProfessional certifications such as IMC CFA or ACI are a plus.\n\nFluent in English; additional language skills are an advantage.\nWhats in it for youOur client offers an exciting challenging role in a collaborative dynamic environment.
