You'll work with stakeholders, product, and technology teams to improve processes, support decisions, and deliver projects that create measurable impact.\n\nKey Responsibilities : \n\n- Gather, document, and validate business requirements through stakeholder interviews, workshops, and process analysis\n\n- Translate requirements into BRDs, functional specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria\n\n- Analyse business data to find trends, gaps, and improvement opportunities\n\n- Build dashboards and reports that track KPIs for leadership and operations teams\n\n- Map current (as-is) and future (to-be) processes and recommend improvements\n\n- Work with developers and QA to make sure solutions match requirements, and support UAT\n\n- Manage stakeholder expectations, scope changes, and project documentation\n\n- Support change management, training, and post-launch performance reviews\n\nRequired Qualifications : \n\n- Bachelor's degree in Business, Commerce, Engineering, Statistics, or a related field (MBA is a plus)\n\n- 2 - 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role\n\n- Strong SQL skills and advanced Excel (pivot tables, lookups, formulas)\n\n- Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI, Tableau, or Looker\n\n- Hands-on experience writing BRDs, FRDs, and user stories\n\n- Solid understanding of SDLC, Agile/Scrum, and process modelling (BPMN or flowcharts)\n\n- Excellent written and verbal communication and stakeholder management\n\nPreferred Qualifications : \n\n- Certifications such as CBAP, CCBA, PMI-PBA, or Agile/Scrum\n\n- Basic Python or R for data analysis\n\n- Experience with JIRA, Confluence, and wireframing tools such as Figma or Balsamiq\n\n- Domain exposure to BFSI, e-commerce, healthcare, or SaaS\n\nKey Skills : \n\nRequirement gathering, Data analysis, SQL, Power BI/Tableau, Process mapping, Documentation, Agile, Problem-solving, Stakeholder management\n\nSuccess Metrics (First 6 -
