company's technology future.\n\nKey Responsibilities : \n\n- Define and lead the overall technology vision, architecture, and engineering strategy.\n\n- Build and scale secure, cloud-native, AI-powered SaaS products.\n\n- Transform the existing engineering organization into a high-performing product engineering team.\n\n- Drive architecture decisions across cloud infrastructure, APIs, data platforms, AI/ML, security, and scalability.\n\n- Partner closely with the CEO and leadership team to align technology with business strategy and product roadmap.\n\n- Recruit, mentor, and develop world-class engineering leaders and technical talent.\n\n- Establish engineering best practices for product delivery, DevOps, quality, security, and operational excellence.\n\n- Lead AI adoption across the product lifecycle, including LLMs, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), agentic workflows, and automation.\n\n- Deliver high-quality products that create measurable business value and accelerate SaaS growth.\n\nRequired Experience : \n\n- 10+ years of experience building and scaling enterprise B2B SaaS products.\n\n- Proven experience leading engineering organizations of 25+ engineers.\n\n- Strong background in cloud-native architecture, distributed systems, APIs, microservices, and multi-tenant SaaS platforms.\n\n- Hands-on experience with AI/ML technologies, including Generative AI, LLMs, RAG, vector databases, and AI-driven product development.\n\n- Experience driving engineering transformation and scaling high-performing product teams.\n\n- Strong understanding of software architecture, security, DevOps, CI/CD, and engineering best practices.\n\n- Ability to balance technical excellence with business priorities in a fast-paced environment.\n\n- Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, and executive communication skills.\n\nPreferred Qualifications : \n\n- Previous experience as a CTO, VP Engineering, or Head of Engineering.\n\n- Experience leading a services-to-product transformation.\n\n- Background in market research, analytics, data platforms, or insights technology.\n\n- Experience building AI-native SaaS platforms from concept
