This role will drive enterprise cloud strategy, infrastructure transformation, and automation initiatives across the organization. The successful candidate will build secure, scalable, and resilient cloud platforms while championing automation across infrastructure, operations, software delivery, and business processes.\n\nKey Responsibilities : \n\nCloud Strategy & Engineering : \n\n- Define and execute enterprise cloud strategy aligned with business objectives.\n\n- Lead design, implementation, and optimization of cloud infrastructure across AWS, Microsoft Azure, and/or Google Cloud Platform.\n\n- Establish cloud architecture standards, governance, security, and operational best practices.\n\n- Drive cloud migration, modernization, and cloud-native application initiatives.\n\n- Ensure high availability, scalability, resilience, disaster recovery, and business continuity.\n\nAutomation & Platform Engineering : \n\n- Develop and implement enterprise-wide automation strategy to reduce manual effort and improve efficiency.\n\n- Lead Infrastructure as Code (IaC) initiatives using Terraform, CloudFormation, ARM/Bicep, or Pulumi.\n\n- Automate infrastructure provisioning, configuration management, deployments, patching, backups, monitoring, and compliance.\n\n- Build and enhance CI/CD pipelines and DevSecOps practices for rapid, reliable software delivery.\n\n- Deliver self-service platforms and automated developer enablement capabilities.\n\n- Evaluate and implement AI-driven automation, workflow automation, and orchestration solutions.\n\n- Standardize operational processes through scripting and automation (Python, PowerShell, Bash).\n\nLeadership & Governance : \n\n- Build, mentor, and lead high-performing Cloud, DevOps, Platform Engineering, and Automation teams.\n\n- Define engineering standards, KPIs, operational metrics, and service level objectives (SLOs).\n\n- Collaborate with Security, Infrastructure, Enterprise Architecture, Software Engineering, and Business stakeholders.\n\n- Manage cloud vendors, technology partners, and enterprise platform roadmaps.\n\n- Drive engineering excellence, innovation, and continuous improvement.\n\nSecurity & Compliance : \n\n- Ensure compliance with organizational security policies and regulatory requirements.\n\n- Implement automated security controls, vulnerability management, policy enforcement, and compliance monitoring.\n\n- Partner with cybersecurity teams to strengthen cloud security posture and DevSecOps practices.\n\nFinancial & Operational Management : \n\n- Optimize cloud spending through FinOps practices and resource governance.\n\n- Manage budgets, licensing, vendor contracts, and technology investments.\n\n- Continuously improve platform reliability, operational efficiency, and service quality through automation and observability.\n\nRequired Qualifications : \n\n- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, IT, or related field (Masters preferred).\n\n- 12 -
