The instructor will provide both classroom and practical instruction while ensuring students meet military, regulatory, and organizational maintenance standards.\nMinimum Qualifications\nMinimum 3 years of experience teaching aircraft maintenance or aviation technical courses\n\nHands-on maintenance experience supporting CH-47 aircraft\n\nFCC General Radiotelephone Operator License (GROL) or EASA B2 Aircraft Maintenance License\n\nStrong knowledge of aircraft avionics, electrical systems, communication, navigation, and mission systems\n\nExcellent communication and presentation skills\n\nPreferred Qualifications\nBachelor's Degree or higher in Aviation Maintenance, Avionics, Electronics, or a related technical field\n\nTrain-the-Trainer certification\n\nMilitary or civilian aviation instructor certification\n\nExperience developing aviation maintenance curriculum and technical training materials\n\nMilitary aviation maintenance experience\n\nKey Responsibilities\nDeliver classroom and hands-on instruction for CH-47 avionics maintenance personnel\n\nTrain students on aircraft electrical, avionics, navigation, communication, and mission systems\n\nDemonstrate troubleshooting, diagnostics, testing, and repair procedures\n\nEvaluate student knowledge through written, oral, and practical assessments\n\nDevelop and maintain lesson plans, course materials, and instructional aids\n\nEnsure all instruction complies with military, manufacturer, and regulatory requirements\n\nMaintain student training records and certification documentation\n\nPromote safe
