With main offices in New York, London and Singapore, they emphasize true, global collaboration by aligning their investment, technology and operations teams functionally around the world.\nMain Function\nSuccessful candidates will develop and maintain front to back trading infrastructure for their global frameworks for algorithmic trading, real-time risk management, market connectivity, trade reporting and trade surveillance.\nResponsibilities:\nDesign, develop and test real-time software for low-latency algorithmic trading, risk management and trade reporting.\nCollaborate closely with quant researchers and peers in technology to to ensure consistency and maximize re-use of software components globally.\nWork with technology operations to provide 2nd/3rd level application support as required.\nRequirements\nYou are comfortable working in a rapidly changing environment with an ability to deliver high quality work in collaboration with global colleagues. A super healthy work / life balance is a very real part of their culture. \nQualifications:\nBachelors Degree in Engineering, Computer Science or related subject.\n5 to 7+ years C/C++ development experience on Linux\n5 to 7+ years understanding of code optimization and high performing applications\nNice to have qualifications: \nExperience with order management , exchange connectivity or market data handling for Equities , FX or fixed income products will be an added advantage\nAdvanced degree in Mathematics or Computer Engineering (MSc)\nTeam player / mentor with excellent communication skills.\nCapable of developing industrial strength software components with colleagues across the globe.\nPython, SQL and/or scripting experience considered a plus.\nInterest in automated trading systems.
