This includes assessing existing infrastructure, recommending enhancements, and creating detailed design documentation.\nImplementation: Lead the implementation of Cisco UC solutions, including installing, configuring, and testing hardware and software components such as Cisco Unified Communications Manager (CUCM), Cisco Unity Connection, Cisco Unified Contact Center Express (UCCX), Cisco Unified Border Element (CUBE), and Cisco Unified Communications Manager Express (CME).\nIntegration: Integrate Cisco UC solutions with existing network infrastructure, third-party applications, and cloud services to ensure seamless communication and collaboration across the organization.\nTroubleshooting and Support: Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for Cisco UC solutions, including diagnosing and resolving technical issues, performing system upgrades, and implementing security patches and fixes.\nDocumentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation of Cisco UC solutions, configurations, and procedures to ensure smooth operations and facilitate knowledge transfer.\nTraining: Provide training and knowledge transfer to clients' IT staff to enable them to effectively manage and maintain Cisco UC solutions post-implementation.\nStay Updated: Stay abreast of latest trends, technologies, and best practices in Cisco Unified Communications and related areas to continuously enhance expertise and drive innovation in solution design and implementation.\nQualifications:\nBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.\nCisco certifications such as CCNA Collaboration, CCNP Collaboration, or CCIE Collaboration preferred.\nExperience with Cisco on-prem/cloud, Cisco Webex and MS Teams experience \nProven experience designing, implementing, and supporting Cisco Unified Communications solutions.\nStrong understanding of networking concepts and protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, etc.).\nProficiency in configuring and troubleshooting Cisco UC components including CUCM, Unity Connection, UCCX, CUBE, and CME.\nExperience with integrating Cisco UC solutions with third-party applications and cloud services.\nExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with clients, sales team, and technical staff.\nStrong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.\nAbility to
