This role sits at the intersection of technical execution, product collaboration, and people leadership. You optimize for speed and innovation.\n\nWhat We’re Looking For\nExperience: 12+ years in software engineering, including 3+ years in a management or tech lead role. Experience in startups or fast-paced environments preferred.\n\nLeadership & Mentorship: Proven ability to manage, mentor, and grow engineers while fostering a culture of trust, accountability, and collaboration. A kind yet confident leader that makes tough or unpopular decisions when they’re the right call for the team.\n\nTechnical Depth: Strong background in our tech stack that optimizes your ability to be hands-on, with a strong track record of delivering high-quality work in fast-paced environments.\n\nProduct Mindset: Comfortable working closely with product managers and designers and founders, with a bias toward shipping customer value.\n\nIn the First Two Months\nYou’ll join as both an engineer and tech lead, contributing directly as an IC.
