Their goal is to help doctors deliver the highest quality of care with the use of technology.\nWhat you will be doing:\nYou’ll own technical vision and strategy for building and scaling our highly interactive and rich web applications.\nYou’ll lead across teams to solve large and open ended problems, devising reusable components and frameworks to power world class doctor experience.\nYou will create trustworthy doctor experiences by building interfaces that are simple, easy to comprehend, performant and reliable using modern tools.\nYou’ll collaborate with backend and quality engineers to spec, write, test, and deploy code.\nYou will brainstorm features with product managers, designers, scientists and GTM teams.\nYou will turn our vision into a tangible roadmap every quarter by working with engineers, product managers and senior leadership.\nYou will mentor and train other team members on design and coding standards to raise the bar for the team.\nResponsibilities\nGather problem requirements from Product and customize feedback and create innovative solutions\nReview, plan and architect end-to-end solutions\nFocus on company goals and trade off solutions based on cost and value\nRun code reviews and pair programming with other engineers in the organization\nContribute to strong testing practices to avoid regressions in the solutions provided\nWhat we are looking for\nExperience building performant UX that deals with rendering and manipulating large data sets\n5 or more years of experience architecting, scaling interactive UIs in JS/React\n2 or more years of experience with JS type systems such as TypeScript, Flow, Elm or Reason\nExperience with Recoil, Redux or MobX\nNice to have:\nGraphQL and/or VTK experience\nOptional WebGL, D3, Three.js
