role requires a blend of product thinking, Salesforce expertise, and a passion for sustainability.\nKey Responsibilities\nDefine and execute the product roadmap for Salesforce Sales Cloud aligned with business and sustainability goals\nPartner with Sales and Marketing teams to optimize lead-to-revenue processes and improve conversion rates\nGather and prioritize requirements from stakeholders, translating business needs into scalable Salesforce solutions\nManage Salesforce configuration including objects, workflows, validation rules, and automation (Flow, Process Builder where applicable)\nCollaborate with developers and external partners on integrations, customizations, and releases\nOwn data quality, reporting, and dashboard strategy to support forecasting and ESG-related metrics\nDrive user adoption through training, documentation, and continuous improvement initiatives\nEnsure system scalability, performance, and alignment with best practices\nStay current on Salesforce releases and recommend enhancements that drive efficiency and impact\nQualifications\n5+ years of experience in Salesforce Product Management, Salesforce Administration, or related roles\nStrong expertise in Salesforce Sales Cloud (certifications such as Salesforce Admin or Sales Cloud Consultant preferred)\nProven experience managing CRM product roadmaps and delivering business value\nExperience working with cross-functional stakeholders in sales-driven organizations\nFamiliarity with integrations (APIs, middleware tools) and data architecture concepts\nStrong analytical skills with experience in reporting and dashboarding\nNice to Have\nExperience in environmental sustainability, climate tech, or ESG-related industries\nKnowledge of carbon accounting platforms or sustainability reporting frameworks (e.g., GHG Protocol, CDP)\nExperience with Marketing Cloud, Service Cloud, or third-party sales tools\nAgile/Scrum product management experience\nSoft Skills\nStrong communication and stakeholder management skills\nStrategic thinker with a hands-on approach\nPassion for sustainability and mission-driven work\nAbility to translate complex technical
