With an oversubscribed seed round in Q1 2024 and a rapidly expanding user base, it’s time to accelerate the product roadmap and harden the platform for scale.\nTheir product enables employers to craft commuter benefit programs without the corresponding back-office overhead typical of outdated incumbent solutions. They offer commuters an app-based, gamified, user-friendly mobility solution that reduces commuting costs, enables novel, multi-modal commuting options, and promotes active, open-air commutes.\nThis is an early-stage engineering opportunity with a team at the forefront of transportation and mobility innovation. The environment will be dynamic, fast-paced, and offer significant growth opportunities. The role comes with 2 thematic responsibilities:\nIndividual technical contributions: Developing production-grade backend, frontend, and infrastructure systems. Leading architecture and systems design decisions. Ensuring site reliability and scalability.\n\nTechnical leadership: Conducting code reviews and providing technical feedback. Mentoring and supporting engineering team members. Participating in the recruitment and selection process for the growing team.\n\nOur client prioritizes both core/transferable engineering skills and specific experience with the existing stack when hiring.
