Responsibilities\nCollaborate with product managers and designers to understand user requirements and translate them into technical specifications.\n\nDesign, develop, and maintain product features and enhancements for our platform.\n\nImplement best practices in software development to ensure code quality, security, and performance.\n\nContribute to architectural decisions and continuously improve the technical stack.\n\nParticipate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers.\n\nMentor junior engineers and contribute to a culture of knowledge sharing and learning.\n\nMinimum Qualifications\nBachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related technical field.\n\n5+ years of experience in software development, with a focus on product engineering.\n\nProficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or similar.\n\nExperience with modern web frameworks and technologies.\n\nStrong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically.\n\nExcellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.\n\nPreferred Qualifications\nExperience with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure.\n\nFamiliarity with microservices architecture and APIs.\n\nExperience in Agile development
