Their consultants partner closely with clients to transform business processes, implement best-in-class systems, and drive measurable outcomes.\nThey are seeking a Technical Architect to assist in leading their largest ongoing client initiative and join the delivery team building complex Salesforce solutions designed to scale organizations to the enterprise level. In this role, the architect will own end-to-end delivery for mid-sized or multi-track projects, balancing hands-on configuration and design with delegation and team leadership.\nTechnical Architects serve as trusted partners to the client's customers and internal teams, ensuring delivery outcomes align with business goals while maintaining quality, consistency, and efficiency across engagements.\nKey Strategic Responsibilities\nThis role will be critical in managing one of the client's largest and most strategic accounts. The successful candidate will be:\nResponsible for assisting in the maintenance of 6 MuleSoft integrations connected with 120+ systems, processing millions of records daily.\n\nResponsible for designing and building Flow, Apex, and LWC solutions capable of operating in an environment with millions of accounts and hundreds of thousands of daily record updates.\n\nCore Responsibilities\nClient Delivery & Solution Leadership\nLead end-to-end delivery for Salesforce implementations and enhancements across multiple client engagements.\n\nServe as the primary project lead on 4-7 client initiatives or long-term relationships.\n\nFacilitate discovery workshops and business process sessions to understand requirements and identify improvement opportunities.\n\nTranslate business needs into scalable technical solutions within Salesforce and supporting platforms.\n\nConfigure Salesforce functionality including fields, objects, automation, flows, and integrations.\n\nEnsure delivery quality through testing, validation, documentation, and client training.\n\nProject & Stakeholder Management\nManage project scope, timeline, and resourcing across multiple contributors.\n\nCreate and maintain delivery plans, forecasts, and weekly milestones.\n\nFacilitate regular stakeholder meetings and maintain alignment on project priorities and outcomes.\n\nIdentify and mitigate project risks before they escalate.\n\nEnsure projects are delivered on time, on budget, and aligned with expectations.\n\nStrategic Solution Development\nProvide guidance on data management, integrations, analytics, and platform architecture.\n\nDesign technical solutions that consider long-term scalability and evolving business requirements.\n\nConnect delivery outcomes to business strategy and measurable value.\n\nTeam Mentorship\nDelegate and oversee delivery tasks across consultants and developers while maintaining accountability for outcomes.\n\nMentor junior team members and reinforce delivery best practices.\n\nSupport team growth by sharing knowledge, improving processes, and contributing to delivery standards.\n\nHelp maintain a positive, collaborative, and high-performing team culture.\n\nQualifications\n3+ years of experience working as a Salesforce administrator, developer, or consultant.\n\nHands-on experience integrating external systems.\n\nProven experience leading complex client projects or implementations, with a strategic approach and the ability to confidently push back when necessary.\n\nSalesforce Architect certifications or equivalent proven capabilities.\n\nStrong understanding of Salesforce architecture and industry best practices.\n\nExperience working within Agile delivery environments.\n\nStrong communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.\n\nExceptional organization and prioritization skills.\n\nBachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.\n\nPreferred Experience\nExperience with multiple Salesforce clouds such as Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, CPQ, or Field Service.\nFamiliarity with integration platforms or enterprise middleware tools, especially MuleSoft\nPrevious experience managing internal business systems teams or consulting engagements.\nExperience working directly within a consulting environment.\nCompensation varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to location, role, skill set, and level of experience. The current salary range for this position is up to $135,000 USD annually.\n This is an active job posting.
