Provide guests with food and beverage when required.\n\nMeetings & Events: Assist with logistical elements of the organisation of meetings and events such as liaising with vendors, food and beverage set up, room set up ensuring a smooth experience for hosts and guests.\n\nVisitor Management: Greet and welcome visitors ensuring that they are invited and checked in through various systems\n\nAdministration: Ensure phone calls are answered promptly and open, sort and distribute mail when authorised.\n\nFiling & Records Management: Ensure that records are filed correctly and promptly in appropriate systems and locations.\n\nReal Estate: Liaise with local building management and other vendors to arrange troubleshooting of problems with physical spaces.\n\nSustainability: Implement sustainability initiatives in the office under direction.
