delivered accurately, on time, and to a professional standard across every customer touchpoint.\nThis role is split across three key focus areas:\n50% - Print Design & Production\nDesign brochures, catalogues, flyers, posters, signage, point-of-sale materials, pull-up banners, window decals and retail collateral\nPrepare press-ready artwork with correct specifications and print production standards\nEnsure all print materials follow brand guidelines and maintain exceptional attention to detail\nProduce marketing collateral that is accurate, consistent and ready for production\n40% - Digital Design\nCreate website graphics, landing page assets, hero banners and email marketing graphics\nDesign digital advertising assets for Google, Meta, LinkedIn and other platforms\nProduce social media graphics, app graphics, icons and digital campaign assets\nOptimise creative for different platforms and screen sizes while maintaining brand consistency\n10% - Brand Consistency & Creative Support\nDesign professional corporate presentations and internal marketing collateral\nWork closely with the marketing team to interpret briefs and deliver creative solutions\nManage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines\nContinuously improve templates, workflows and production efficiency where appropriate\nRequirements\n3+ years' experience as a Graphic Designer working across both print and digital media\nAdvanced proficiency in Adobe InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop\nStrong working knowledge of Figma\nExperience preparing press-ready artwork and understanding print production processes\nDemonstrated experience creating digital advertising and social media assets\nExcellent typography, layout and visual communication skills\nStrong understanding of brand guidelines and maintaining visual consistency\nAbility to manage multiple deadlines while maintaining exceptional attention to detail\nExcellent written and verbal English communication skills\nAble to work independently with minimal supervision\nNice to Have\nExperience designing retail marketing collateral\nAgency or fast-paced in-house marketing
