You will work closely with internal stakeholders while managing a Salesforce Administrator, ensuring that both technical execution and day-to-day operations are aligned with broader business goals.\nThis is a hands-on leadership role suited to someone who can both build and guide - combining strong Salesforce development capabilities with product thinking, prioritisation, and project ownership. You will be responsible for identifying gaps, pushing initiatives forward, and ensuring Salesforce evolves into a scalable, high-performing system that supports growth.\nThis role is ideal for someone who enjoys taking ownership, driving clarity in ambiguous environments, and delivering both technical and commercial impact.\nKey Responsibilities:\nOwn and manage the Salesforce platform end-to-end, including performance, scalability, and data quality\nAct as the primary point of ownership for Salesforce across the business\nPrioritise and manage Salesforce-related projects, ensuring alignment with business goals\nLead and manage a Salesforce Administrator, providing direction, oversight, and support\nDevelop and maintain custom Salesforce solutions using Apex and Lightning Web Components (LWC)\nDesign and maintain scalable CRM architecture and workflows\nIdentify inefficiencies, gaps, and opportunities across data and system processes\nDrive improvements in data quality, hygiene, and usability across the platform\nOversee data enrichment, ingestion, and automation workflows\nManage integrations between Salesforce and external tools\nCollaborate closely with leadership, operations, and data teams to align priorities\nTroubleshoot and resolve issues in a live production environment\nBuild systems, documentation, and processes to support long-term scalability\nContinuously improve system performance while reducing technical debt\nExperience leading or mentoring technical resources\nRequirements\nExcellent spoken and written English\n5+ years of experience working with Salesforce (Development + System Ownership)\nStrong experience with Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), SOQL/SOSL, and integrations\nProven experience taking ownership of Salesforce or CRM systems in a business environment\nExperience managing or working closely with Salesforce Administrators\nStrong product or systems-thinking mindset - able to prioritise and drive initiatives\nAbility to balance hands-on technical work with strategic oversight\nStrong understanding of Salesforce data architecture, governance, and best practices\nExperience working in live production environments\nStrong problem-solving and debugging capabilities\nAbility to manage multiple priorities and push projects forward independently\nHigh attention to detail, especially around data accuracy and system reliability\nFamiliarity with data enrichment or scraping tools (e.g. Apify or similar) is a plus\nMust be able to work in alignment with Sydney, Australia business hours\nFast and reliable internet connection;
