Senior Recruitment Consultant (WHV Accepted)

SecureIQ Services is a Sydney-based advisory that helps businesses across Australia, New Zealand and the USA scale and optimise their operations. We advise clients on how to grow their teams, then help them source the talent to do it, across offshore staffing, AI-enabled services, and traditional onshore permanent recruitment.

We're expanding our onshore permanent recruitment desk, and we're looking for a driven recruitment consultant to build and own it. This is a genuine ground-floor opportunity with a business that already has deal flow, brand, and a warm client base to draw from.

This is a 180 degree , front-end business development role. You'll be responsible for winning new clients and filling permanent placement roles across the onshore market, the traditional agency recruitment model, but with a major advantage: you're not starting cold.

Alongside your own business development, you'll have access to a steady stream of warm leads and existing client relationships from our offshore staffing and advisory business. Many of our clients need onshore permanent hires as well as offshore talent. And we want to best capture that demand.

Whether you bring your own book of clients or build one from our lead flow, you'll have the tools, the warm pipeline, and the commission structure to earn well from day one.

Requirements

What We're Looking For:

• Proven experience in agency recruitment, permanent placements, or 360 recruitment desk management
• A track record of business development; you can win clients, not just fill roles
• Strong sales instincts and the resilience to thrive in a busy, target-driven pipeline
• A self-starter who can own a desk and build it, rather than wait to be handed work
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Comfortable selling a range of services, not just permanent recruitment

Highly regarded but not essential:

• Your own existing book of client relationships
• Experience recruiting across multiple sectors or in a generalist desk
• Exposure to offshore staffing, BPO, or outsourced talent models
• Experience selling into the Australian, NZ, or US markets
