Im Rahmen eines 12-monatigen Projekts erfolgt die Sicherstellung eines stabilen und effizienten Betriebs der Microsoft 365 Umgebung im Enterprise-Kontext. Bearbeitung komplexer Incidents und Service Requests, die über den 1st Level hinausgehen. Minimierung von Ausfallzeiten, nachhaltige Problemlösung, Unterstützung der Endanwender und kontinuierliche Optimierung der Systemlandschaft.

Aufgaben

  • 2nd Level Support für Microsoft 365
  • Analyse und Behebung von Störungen
  • Bearbeitung von Tickets nach SLA
  • Eskalation an 3rd Level bei Bedarf
  • Unterstützung von Anwendern vor Ort
  • Dokumentation von Lösungen

Qualifikation

  • Erfahrung im M365 Support im 2nd Level
  • Gute Kenntnisse im Troubleshooting
  • Erfahrung mit Ticket Systemen
  • Strukturierte Arbeitsweise
