The developer will identify repeatable operational tasks, implement reliable automation, integrate systems, and improve consistency, speed, and visibility across infrastructure and service-management processes.\n\nKey Responsibilities:\n\n- Assess IT infrastructure and platform operations to identify manual, repetitive, error-prone tasks suitable for automation.\n\n- Design, develop, test, and maintain automation scripts, workflows, and orchestration solutions using tools and languages aligned with the client environment.\n\n- Automate operational activities such as routine checks, provisioning, configuration, monitoring responses, incident enrichment, and remediation where in scope.\n\n- Integrate automation with infrastructure platforms, APIs, monitoring tools, service-management systems, and deployment pipelines.\n\n- Build validation, exception handling, logging, alerting, retries, and rollback safeguards into automation workflows.\n\n- Collaborate with infrastructure, cloud, DevOps, service desk, security, and application teams to gather requirements and validate solutions.\n\n- Document automation logic, prerequisites, access requirements, runbooks, support procedures, and known limitations.\n\n- Perform unit, integration, regression, and operational testing before release.\n\n- Monitor automation performance and reliability;
