The developer will work with senior engineers and business teams to improve self-service, maintain knowledge repositories, and automate common employee requests.\n\nKey Responsibilities :\n\n- Support configuration and enhancement of Moveworks conversational AI use cases, topics, intents, flows, and supported platform components.\n\n- Assist in implementing GenAI-driven employee-support experiences for IT, HR, and other internal service functions.\n\n- Help connect Moveworks to enterprise applications and knowledge sources using supported connectors and APIs.\n\n- Maintain and improve knowledge content, metadata, search/retrieval relevance, and response quality in collaboration with content owners.\n\n- Configure self-service workflows, request fulfilment actions, ticket creation/status checks, and escalation paths as required.\n\n- Execute functional tests, regression tests, and user-acceptance support; document issues and verify fixes.\n\n- Analyze conversation failures, unanswered questions, fallback rates, and user feedback to identify improvement opportunities.\n\n- Troubleshoot configuration and integration issues with guidance from senior developers.\n\n- Maintain technical documentation, configuration records, release notes, and support procedures.\n\n- Follow platform security, data privacy, coding/configuration standards, and change-management practices.\n\nRequired Skills and Experience : \n\n- 3-5 years of directly relevant experience.\n\n- Hands-on Moveworks development/configuration experience is strongly preferred.\n\n- Understanding of chatbots, conversational AI, enterprise knowledge bases, or employee self-service workflows.\n\n- Basic-to-intermediate experience with APIs, application integrations, testing, and troubleshooting.\n\n- Good analytical, documentation, communication, and teamwork skills.\n\nPreferred Qualifications:\n\n- Exposure to ServiceNow/ITSM, HR systems, identity tools, or enterprise collaboration platforms.\n\n- Experience improving knowledge articles, search relevance, chatbot responses, or self-service adoption.\n\n- Relevant Moveworks platform training or certifications, if available.\n\nSkills\nChatbot,
