The developer will build and enhance AI-enabled experiences and intelligent IT operations automations on the ServiceNow platform, ensuring solutions are useful, secure, observable, and integrated with enterprise workflows.\n\nKey Responsibilities :\n\n- Develop and configure Now Assist capabilities and AI-enabled workflows within the ServiceNow platform.\n\n- Build, configure, and test AI agents and agentic workflows to support task execution, service workflows, and operational automation.\n\n- Integrate AI-enabled ServiceNow experiences with platform data, knowledge sources, APIs, and approved enterprise systems.\n\n- Use Flow Designer, Integration Hub, JavaScript, and ServiceNow scripting to orchestrate workflow steps and business logic.\n\n- Configure relevant prompts, skills, actions, knowledge retrieval, and workflow handoffs based on supported platform capabilities and project requirements.\n\n- Apply appropriate access controls, data-handling safeguards, human approvals, and exception handling to AI-enabled workflows.\n\n- Test AI-driven flows for functional accuracy, failure handling, performance, and safe behavior within defined business boundaries.\n\n- Collaborate with architects, process owners, and platform teams to identify suitable use cases and translate designs into working solutions.\n\n- Troubleshoot issues, improve workflow quality, document implementation details, and support deployment and post-release stabilization.\n\n- Stay current with ServiceNow AI capabilities and recommend practical improvements to reliability and user experience.\n\nRequired Skills and Experience :\n\n- 6+ years of ServiceNow development experience; hands-on AI/Now Assist experience is essential.\n\n- Strong understanding of ServiceNow configuration, scripting, Flow Designer, and platform integrations.\n\n- Practical experience with Now Assist, Generative AI features, AI agents, or agentic workflows.\n\n- Experience integrating enterprise data or applications using APIs and approved platform integration methods.\n\n- Strong debugging, testing, documentation, and collaboration skills.\n\nPreferred Qualifications :\n\n- CSA certification;
