solve high-impact business challenges, ensuring solutions are production-ready and optimized for performance.\n\n- Collaborate with stakeholders to define key performance indicators and translate business requirements into technical specifications that drive measurable growth.\n\n- Conduct rigorous exploratory data analysis to uncover hidden patterns, providing the leadership team with data-backed recommendations for product improvements.\n\n- Mentor junior team members by conducting code reviews and promoting best practices in model development, documentation, and version control.\n\n- Optimize existing algorithms to improve accuracy and latency, directly contributing to a more seamless experience for the end-user.\n\nCollaboration : \n\nThe role will work closely with the Lead, data engineering and business teams to convert analytical solutions into reliable production capabilities and continuously improve models based on business outcomes.\n\nTechnical Skills :
