ensure seamless access and data protection.\n\n- Execute data management activities such as imports, exports, and deduplication to maintain high data quality across the platform.\n\n- Provide prompt technical support and troubleshooting for end-users to minimize downtime and resolve functional bottlenecks.\n\n- Configure and maintain Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud features to support changing business processes and improve team productivity.\n\n- Assist in the deployment and management of AppExchange solutions to extend platform capabilities and meet specific departmental requirements.\n\n- Monitor system performance and contribute to the maintenance of existing Apex code and Visualforce pages to ensure stability and scalability.\n\nRequired Skillset :\n\n- Demonstrated proficiency in Salesforce administration, including a deep understanding of security models, sharing rules, and permission sets.\n\n- Proven ability to manage complex data sets and perform bulk updates while maintaining strict data integrity standards.\n\n- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to troubleshoot technical issues and provide clear, actionable solutions to non-technical stakeholders.\n\n- Excellent communication skills, enabling you to bridge the gap between technical configurations and business requirements effectively.\n\n- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, hybrid work environment in Noida, balancing multiple support tickets and project tasks simultaneously.\n\n- A solid foundation in CRM best practices, with a proactive approach to learning
