outcomes.\n\n- Drive the adoption of best-in-class engineering practices, including automated testing, CI/CD pipelines, and observability, to minimize downtime and accelerate feature delivery.\n\n- Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of platform projects, balancing immediate technical debt resolution with long-term strategic innovation to maintain system stability.\n\nRequired Skillset :\n\n- Demonstrated expertise in designing and scaling complex distributed systems and microservices architectures within a high-traffic environment.\n\n- Proficiency in backend development using Java or Python, with a deep understanding of how to optimize performance and memory management at scale.\n\n- Extensive hands-on experience managing cloud-native infrastructure on AWS, including optimizing resource utilization and implementing robust security protocols.\n\n- Proven ability to lead and inspire engineering teams in an Agile environment, with a focus on clear communication, conflict resolution, and stakeholder management.\n\n- Strong analytical mindset to troubleshoot critical production issues and translate complex technical requirements into actionable development tasks.\n\n- A
