You will lead a high-performing team of 4 to 8 engineers, championing modern full-stack architectures, microservices, and innovative engineering practices - including the responsible adoption of AI-assisted development tools.\n\nKey Responsibilities : \n\n1. Team Leadership & Mentorship : \n\n- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of 4 - 8 engineers, overseeing hiring, annual appraisals, career development, and technical capability building.\n\n2. Architecture & Design : \n\n- Drive the design and development of scalable, secure, and highly available microservices-based applications.\n\n3. Sprint & Delivery Execution : \n\n- Collaborate with Product Owners and architects to plan, prioritize, and monitor sprints, ensuring strict adherence to release schedules and high-quality software output.\n\n4. Hands-on Technical Guidance : \n\n- Conduct rigorous design and code reviews, troubleshoot complex technical roadblocks, and provide direct hands-on support.\n\n5. Engineering Standards & AI Adoption : \n\n- Enforce best practices across coding standards, unit testing, and documentation while promoting the safe, practical integration of AI-assisted productivity tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, Claude, Amazon Q Developer).\n\n6. Cross-Functional Collaboration : \n\n- Partner closely with Project Managers, Test Managers, and database/QA teams to deliver technical Proofs of Concept (PoCs) and feature releases within an Agile framework.\n\nTechnical Stack : \n\n- Backend / Core : Java, Spring, Spring Boot, Hibernate, Groovy, Grails\n\n- Frontend : Angular, Bootstrap, jQuery\n\n- Messaging & Caching : Apache Kafka, Redis, Hazelcast\n\n- Databases : MySQL, Oracle\n\n- Cloud & DevOps : AWS, Git, Jenkins, Nginx\n\n- Collaboration & Tracking : Jira, Confluence, Agile/Scrum methodologies\n\n- AI-Assisted Tools : Practical knowledge and governance of AI coding assistants (GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Claude Code, Amazon Q Developer)\n\nQualifications & Experience : \n\n1. Education : BE / B.Tech / MCA from a recognized institution with a strong academic background.\n\n2. Total Experience : 6 to 10 years of full-stack programming and engineering experience, featuring robust expertise in Java-based frameworks and Angular.\n\n3. Leadership Experience : Demonstrated history of managing and leading engineering teams of 4 - 8 members in fast-paced Agile environments.\n\n4. Domain Advantage : Prior working exposure within the Life Sciences / Pharmaceutical domain is highly preferred.\n\nKey Job Logistics & Constraints : \n\n1.
