This platform powers critical replenishment decisions, purchase order creation, and inventory transfers across a high-speed global network. You will design high-performance systems that process large-scale datasets and run optimization algorithms affecting product availability and working capital efficiency.\n\nKey Responsibilities :\n\n- Platform Development : Design and build scalable backend systems for PO creation, transfer order planning, and inventory allocation engines.\n\n- Architecture & Scalability : Define backend architecture ensuring high availability, performance, and fault tolerance for high-throughput planning data.\n\n- Cross-Functional Collaboration : Partner with Product, Operations, and Data Science teams to translate supply chain requirements into scalable technical solutions.\n\n- Engineering Excellence : Drive best practices in CI/CD, observability, and code quality while mentoring junior engineers and contributing to the technical roadmap.\n\nTechnical Stack :\n\n- Languages : Python, Django, Golang, Node JS, or Kotlin/Java.\n\n- Architecture : Microservices, Service-Oriented Architecture, and RESTful APIs.\n\n- Data & Infrastructure : PostgreSQL (AWS RDS), MongoDB, Redis, Docker, and AWS/GCP.\n\nQualifications :\n\n- Experience : 4- 7 years of backend or full-stack engineering experience in data-intensive environments.\n\n- Domain Expertise : Proven experience building supply chain, logistics, marketplace, or quick commerce platforms.\n\n- Technical Depth : Strong understanding of system design, scalability, and high-volume data processing.\n\n- Niche Skills : Familiarity with inventory replenishment workflows, optimization algorithms, or forecasting systems.\n\n- Education : Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.\n\nWhy Join This Team?\n\nThis is an opportunity to build the technology powering one of the fastest-growing quick commerce ecosystems globally.
