Job Title : Senior Full Stack Engineer (GenAI & Agentic AI)
Locations : Gurugram (Sector 54) / Chennai (T. Nagar) - Hybrid (4 Days In-Office)

Role Summary :
We are a YC-backed, agentic AI platform transforming financial services for enterprises across the US, Europe, and APAC. As an early-stage Senior Full Stack Engineer, you will help take our V1 platform into a scalable, robust ecosystem. We are looking for "doers" who have built systems from 0 to 1 and are ready to tackle high-growth challenges in a fast-paced, high-accountability environment.
Key Responsibilities :
- Full-Stack Development : Build clean, concise APIs using TypeScript and develop responsive front-end components with React and Next.js.
- Infrastructure & Scaling : Set up, scale, and maintain infrastructure using Terraform (IaC) across AWS and GCP.
- Security & Reliability : Implement robust security (encryption, hashing, VPCs) and manage production deployments, logging, and monitoring.
- AI Integration : Collaborate on Python-based AI/ML scripts and integrate LLMs into customer-facing agentic workflows.
- Leadership : Mentor junior engineers and participate in the full product lifecycle, including customer support and feedback gathering.
Technical Stack :
- Languages/Frameworks : TypeScript (APIs), React, Next.js, Python (AI/ML scripts).
- Cloud & DevOps : AWS, GCP, Terraform, Hashing, Encryption, VPC.
- Tools : AI-assisted coding tools and LLM prompt engineering.
Required Qualifications :
- Track Record : Proven experience building or scaling systems (0 to 1 or 1 to 10) in an early or growth-stage startup.
- GenAI Expertise : Mandatory exposure to AI/ML and LLMs; you must be proficient in writing prompts and using AI tools for development.
- Mindset : A strong bias toward action and high intrinsic motivation. We value your side projects, open-source contributions, and blogs over degrees or past pedigrees.
- Values : You must be product-minded, open to 360-degree feedback, and believe in humanity/empathy as core professional values.
Culture & Expectations :
- High Accountability : We operate with minimal meetings and zero micro-management; we expect intense, high-quality work every day.
- Flat Hierarchy : No one is too "senior" to code or handle customer support.
- In-Office Collaboration : We require presence in our Gurgaon or Chennai offices at least 4 days a week.
