Role Description:
The role will drive the design, development, and delivery of AI/ML solutions with an emphasis on Generative AI, LLMs, and agentic architectures. Requires hands on expertise in implementation of GenAI projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Delivery of AI/ML and Generative AI solutions, implement GenAI workflows including RAG systems, fine tune LLMs, prompt driven agents, and automation pipelines.
- Build PoC / blueprint implementations to validate concepts.
- Guide AI/ML best practices, evaluate GenAI technologies, frameworks, and cloud AI services.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to shape AI initiatives.
- Ensure responsible AI practices, enterprise security and compliance considerations.
Required Skills:
- Hands on experience in Python, LLMs, Generative AI, and core machine learning.
- Practical implementation experience in GenAI projects (e.g., RAG chatbot, work automation, domain specific models).
- Experienced in ML libraries (scikit-learn, TensorFlow or similar) is a definite plus.
- Solid understanding of AI architecture, embeddings, vector databases.
- Experience with model deployment, monitoring, and CI/CD.
- Familiarity with cloud AI platforms like Azure, AWS, GCP and cloud-based data and ML services.
- Experienced with agentic frameworks.
