With a US headquarters in Auburn Hills, MI, HIROTEC Group operates 32 facilities in eight countries.\nCurrently, we are seeking aMaintenance Manager to become a part of the HIROTEC team.\nEssential Duties and Responsibilities:\nOversee the overall plant maintenance and other directives as requested by management.\nDirect all activity of the maintenance department. \nPrepare and coordinate maintenance schedules and project and allocate work.\nDevelop and analyze staffing requirements and ensure efficient compliance to work schedules, making necessary adjustments where needed. \nSupport the effective and efficient operation of all plant activities by working with all departments to assure effective teamwork, equipment, and personnel.\nAnalyze downtime and frequent issues to understand root causes and create/implement countermeasures.\nEstablish and administer system for equipment/asset care and Planned Preventative Maintenance processes and procedures.\nAssist in Administration and IT duties.\nAbility to read and interpret blueprints and specifications and utilize measurement tools.\nEnsure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards, procedures, and instructions.\nQuote and prepare cost estimates for projects and examine cost estimates and proposals before approving.\nApprove expenses, manages budget, and follows up on various costs related to the department and operations.\nInvestigate and recommend purchase of equipment and supplies for maintenance department.\nManage/Monitor spare parts inventory/ordering.\nRequest bids and supervise work performed by outside contractors.\nResponsible for leading, training, mentoring, and evaluating performance of individuals in the maintenance department.\nResponsible for and supports personnel in achieving company goals of Quality, Cost, Delivery, and Safety by communicating expectations, planning, monitoring, and evaluating job results.\nMonitor and continually improve processes and personnel performance to achieve enhanced levels of efficiency.\nMaintain proper documentation and records for expenses, maintenance, safety, etc.\nReview work instructions, offer technical guidance, review progress, and advise changes, if required.\nWork with 2D and 3D computer-aided design and manufacturing software such as CAD or CAM.\nParticipate in and support 5S, Quality, Safety, Delivery, Cost, Kaizen, and lean manufacturing activities.\nMaintain and improve high product quality by setting/managing proper welding conditions.\nEducate/train maintenance staff on performing maintenance and improvement activities of robot operation on production line(s).\nOther duties and projects may be assigned based on the operational objectives of the company.\nIf you are
