Dynamics 365 and/or Power Apps Model Driven solutions.\nYou will work closely with solution architects, in-house teams, third party partners, and business stakeholders to help design, configure, “community of practice” activities.\nYou are ready to act as a “go to” engineer for a functional area or product slice-without formal line management-supporting juniors through collaboration and coaching.\nKey Responsibilities\n1) Solution Delivery (D365 / Model Driven Focus)\nDesign, develop, and deploy solutions using Power Platform, including work that supports Dynamics 365 and/or Power Apps (Model Driven) delivery.\nTranslate business requirements into technical specifications and deliverables, ensuring solutions are pragmatic and maximise technology benefits.\nCollaborate with the Technical Lead and solution architects to ensure solutions align with architectural principles, policies, guidelines, and the Microsoft upgrade roadmap.\nEnsure alignment with design standards, reusable components, DevOps pipelines, and lifecycle management practices.\nCollaborate with internal teams and Microsoft partners to ensure high-quality implementations.\n2) Requirements & Stakeholder Collaboration\nWork with business and technology stakeholders to elicit and refine requirements, shaping them into clear solution outcomes.\nCommunicate effectively across technical and non technical audiences to drive shared understanding and delivery progress.\n3) Platform & Lifecycle Practices (ALM / Environments / Operability)\nContribute to application lifecycle management practices, with familiarity across waterfall and agile delivery approaches.\nSupport ongoing improvement of platform usage and performance, helping ensure optimal configuration and scalability.\nProvide ongoing support and further development for deployed solutions.\n4) Data Model, Non Functional Requirements & Quality\nEnsure extensions to Dataverse and the Common Data Model are introduced consistently with industry best practice.\nEnsure non functional requirements are identified and addressed, including secure configuration, access controls, appropriate environment sizing, monitoring metrics, and an effective support model.\n5) Security, Compliance & Governance\nImplement and maintain governance policies such as Data Loss Prevention (DLP) and access controls, supporting compliance and security standards.\nParticipate in regular reviews with partners and internal teams to ensure compliance and security standards are met.\nSupport the development and enforcement of governance models, standards, and policies, contributing to continuous improvement and maturity.\n6) Team Enablement & Knowledge Sharing\nPromote best practices and continuous improvement through knowledge sharing and mentoring in day to day work.\nSupport community enablement efforts (e.g., contributing to how to guides, design standards, training content) where appropriate.\nEssential Skills & Experience\nDemonstrated experience defining, designing, developing, testing, and deploying D365 and Power Platform applications and solutions (functional specialist or developer background).\nStrong knowledge of Dynamics 365 CE and/or Power Platform, with understanding of appropriate use cases (e.g., Power Apps, Power Automate, Copilot Studio).\nUnderstanding of Azure cloud technology and the Azure security model.\nStrong communication skills with the ability to work effectively with technical and non technical stakeholders.\nSelf motivated with evidence of staying current on technologies, trends, best practices, and security considerations.\nCollaborative mindset, including experience working with others and contributing to team skill development.\nDesirable Skills\nMicrosoft certifications at intermediate/advanced level (e.g., Power Platform Functional Specialist Associate, App Maker Associate, Solution Architect
