Responsibilities\nTechnical Leadership\nArchitect and implement tailored solutions using Dynamics 365 and Power Platform technologies.\nLead the design, development, and deployment of bespoke applications and integrations.\nProvide hands-on support and guidance to developers, ensuring best practices and technical excellence.\nSDLC Ownership\nSupport the full software development lifecycle from design through development, testing, deployment, and support.\nEnsure all stages of the SDLC are well-documented, secure, and aligned with enterprise standards.\nCollaborate with SRE and support teams for smooth handovers and operational readiness.\nTeam Management & Mentoring\nLine manage and coach a team of developers, fostering growth and technical capability.\nOversee performance, career development, and technical mentoring.\nManage third-party resources as needed for burst capacity.\nGovernance & Standards\nEstablish and enforce development standards and processes.\nMonitor adherence and remediate deviations.\nEnsure solutions meet quality, security, and supportability benchmarks.\nStakeholder Management & Requirements Translation\nPartner with business stakeholders to translate requirements into robust technical designs and delivery plans (business ↔ engineering).\nFacilitate workshops and technical discovery to shape solution scope, priorities, and delivery increments.\nCommunicate trade-offs clearly (cost, time, risk, maintainability) and drive alignment across business and engineering.\nPlatform Strategy, Roadmap & Architecture Forums\nContribute to platform strategy and roadmap for Dynamics 365 and Power Platform, ensuring alignment with enterprise standards and transformation goals.\nParticipate in (and help lead) architectural decision-making forums, ensuring consistent patterns, reusable components, and sound technical governance.\nMaintain architectural documentation and decision records to improve transparency and reduce delivery risk.\nRelease Management, Environments & DevOps Automation in alignment with company standards and CoE Team\nOwn release management practices, including versioning, deployment readiness, rollback planning, and release communications.\nDefine and improve environment strategy (e.g., dev/test/uat/prod), including access controls, data management, and lifecycle policies.\nDrive DevOps automation expectations for build/release pipelines, quality gates, and repeatable deployments across Power Platform/D365 solutions.\nSecurity & Compliance (Power Platform/D365)\nEnsure security and compliance practices are embedded across delivery, including ALM discipline and environment governance.\nImplement and maintain policies specific to Power Platform/D365 (e.g., DLP policies), ensuring solutions meet enterprise security and supportability requirements.\nWork with security, risk, and compliance stakeholders to ensure controls are documented, auditable, and operationally sustainable.\nRequired Skills & Experience\nExpertise in Microsoft Power Platform and Dynamics 365.\nExperience with .NET development is a plus.\nAbility to mentor and influence engineers and manage technical teams.\nComfortable with hands-on development and full lifecycle ownership.\nBroad technical background beyond certifications, with real-world delivery experience.\nPreferred /
