This collaboration is essential to provide secure and reliable high-performance communication solutions to the European Union and its member states.\nTo be part of this project, we are looking for Product Assurance Engineer. The responsibilities of the position are as follows:\nResponsibilitiesDefine, implement and monitor Product Assurance activities throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring compliance with customer, contractual and quality requirements.\nEstablish, implement and continuously improve the Product Assurance and quality processes deployed in the project.\nConduct quality reviews, audits and inspections to verify that processes, products and deliverables meet established standards and programme objectives.\nManage non-conformances, waivers, deviations and corrective actions, ensuring effective resolution and continuous improvement.\nSupport design, verification, validation and qualification activities, providing Product Assurance oversight and compliance assessments.\nCoordinate with engineering teams, suppliers and customers to ensure quality, reliability, traceability and risk-management requirements are fully addressed.\nEnsure compliance with applicable standards and regulations, including ECSS, ISO 9001 and customer-specific Product Assurance requirements.\nPrepare and maintain Product Assurance documentation, evidence and associated project deliverables.\nMinimum requirementsMaster's Degree in Telecommunications Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering or a related field.\nAt least 5 years of relevant experience.\nHands-on experience in Product Assurance or Quality Assurance tasks within complex engineering projects.\nExperience establishing and implementing quality processes.\nKnowledge, through training or experience, of applicable quality frameworks and standards, including ECSS and ISO 9001.\nExperience conducting quality reviews, audits and inspections.\nExperience managing non-conformances, waivers, deviations and corrective actions.\nExperience supporting design, verification, validation and qualification activities.\nExperience working with classified information is considered an asset.\nNationality of an EU Member State and willingness to undergo an EU Secret clearance process.\nFluency in English, both written and spoken; any other European language is considered an asset.\nLocationArganda del Rey, Madrid, Spain.\nAt Hispasat we promote equal opportunities and an inclusive environment.
