Partnering closely with hiring managers and Human Resources, this role attracts, assesses, and hires high-quality talent in a fast-paced environment while delivering an exceptional candidate experience and building scalable hiring practices.\nKey Responsibilities (What you’ll do):\nPartner with hiring managers and Human Resources to understand workforce plans and build recruiting strategies that support growth.\nManage full life cycle recruiting across a variety functions, from intake and sourcing through offer and close.\nBuild proactive talent pipelines for hard-to-fill roles through sourcing, networking, referrals, and market mapping.\nEnsure efficient, compliant hiring in a regulated medical device environment by applying consistent interview and assessment practices.\nMaintain accurate ATS data and report on key metrics such as time-to-fill and offer acceptance.\nDeliver an exceptional candidate experience through timely, transparent communication.\nLeverage LinkedIn Recruiter and other digital channels for job postings and outreach, and contribute to employer branding efforts in partnership with Marketing.\nCoach hiring managers to make informed, equitable, and timely hiring decisions, supported by data-driven insights on hiring trends and market competitiveness.\nQualifications and Skills:\nBachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field.\n5+ years of full life cycle recruiting experience; 2+ years of medical device industry experience.\nProven success managing multiple requisitions across functions and levels in a fast-paced, high-growth company.\nWorking knowledge of ATS platforms and recruiting tools, including LinkedIn Recruiter.\nExcellent communication and organizational skills; highly collaborative with strong stakeholder management.\nFamiliarity with employment laws and regulations.\nBenefits: We offer a comprehensive benefits package for full-time employees.
