We don’t expect you to ‘fit’ every requirement - your life experience, character, perspective, and passion for achieving great things in the world are equally as important to us.\nJob description\nSummary\nDesigns, secures, and operates AI agents along with the tools they invoke, incorporating the tracing, evaluation, and cost-management capabilities required for production environments.\nKey Responsibilities\nDevelop AI agents and strongly typed tools that integrate with enterprise systems.\nImplement entitlements, agent identities, guardrails, and approval workflows for high-impact actions.\nEstablish tracing, evaluation, and cost-per-decision monitoring capabilities (FinOps for AI).\nManage the full agent lifecycle, including versioning, deployment, and operational monitoring.\nIntegrate agents with existing engineering platforms and streaming data sources, and provide operational runbooks for support teams.\nTechnology and Skills\nPython development and API engineering (REST, typed schemas)\nLLM application and agent frameworks (LangChain, LangGraph, or equivalent), including tool/function calling and Model Context Protocol (MCP)\nLLM evaluation, tracing, and observability tools (MLflow, LangSmith, OpenTelemetry, or equivalent)\nOntologies and knowledge graph technologies (RDF/OWL, property graph platforms such as Neo4j, or equivalent)\nCloud infrastructure, CI/CD pipelines, and infrastructure-as-code practices supporting Agentic Platforms\nIdentity management, access controls, and guardrail implementation for AI systems\nExperience\n10+ years of experience in software engineering or platform engineering\n2+ years of experience developing and deploying production-grade LLM or agent-based applications\nExperience designing human-in-the-loop approval workflows and using evaluation frameworks as release gates\nNice to Have\nExperience with Databricks (Genie, Mosaic AI, Agent Framework)\nFamiliarity with AI-assisted software development lifecycle practices\nAutomotive or manufacturing industry experience\nAbout us\nWe’re a global, team of innovators.
