We don’t expect you to ‘fit’ every requirement - your life experience, character, perspective, and passion for achieving great things in the world are equally as important to us.\nJob description\nWe are seeking an AI-Driven Full Stack Developer with 2+ years of experience in full-stack application development, strong expertise in Java, Node.js, AWS, and Angular, and hands-on experience leveraging AI-powered development tools and AI-enabled solutions.\nKey Skills & Qualifications\nStrong verbal and written communication skills in English.\nHands-on experience with AI-driven software development, utilizing tools such as GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Claude, ChatGPT, or similar AI assistants to accelerate coding, testing, debugging, refactoring, and documentation.\nExperience building AI-enabled applications or integrating LLM/Generative AI services (OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, Amazon Bedrock, Anthropic Claude, etc.).\nStrong proficiency in Java and Node.js for backend application development.\nHands-on experience with AWS cloud services, including ECS, Lambda, S3, DynamoDB, API Gateway, AppSync, GraphQL, CloudWatch, and related technologies.\nFrontend development experience with Angular (preferred), React, or Vue.js.\nSolid understanding of RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and microservices architecture.\nExperience with modern software engineering practices, including CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and Git-based version control.\nFamiliarity with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and cloud-native development practices is a plus.\nExperience working in Agile/Scrum environments.\nProficient in using JIRA for sprint planning, issue tracking, and project management.\nExperience maintaining technical documentation and project knowledge in Confluence.\nStrong analytical, problem-solving, collaboration, and stakeholder communication skills.\nPreferred Qualifications\nAWS certifications (Developer Associate, Solutions Architect Associate, or equivalent).\nExperience with containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.\nExperience implementing AI-assisted SDLC practices to improve team productivity and software quality.\nKnowledge of prompt engineering, RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation), AI agents, or agentic workflows is an advantage.\nAbout us\nWe’re a global, team of innovators.
