Manage application availability, performance, and SLAs\nEnsure security and compliance requirements are met, including access management, audits, and vulnerability remediation\nMaintain application roadmaps aligned with business priorities, engineering strategy, and enterprise architecture\nDrive user adoption and support process harmonization, training, and business value realization\nManage costs, budgets, licenses, and vendors, including contracts and third-party performance\nPlan and execute controlled application retirement, including data archiving and risk mitigation\nYour Background\n2+ years in Application Management, IT Service Delivery, or similar roles. Experience managing applications across the complete lifecycle. ITIL 4 (Incident, Problem, Change, Release, SLA Management). Application Lifecycle & Service Management tools (e.g. ServiceNow)\nFunctional knowledge or hands-on experience in Engineering domain (engineering tools, product design, manufacturing, PLM systems)\nExperience working with global, cross-functional teams\nSolid understanding of software development lifecycles, integrations, and data flows.
