At Hitachi Energy, we don’t just offer jobs-we offer careers that empower you to grow, innovate, and lead in a sector that matters.\nHow You’ll Make an Impact\nDesign and configure substation automation systems using MicroSCADA.\nDevelop communication architectures with IEC 61850, Modbus, and DNP3.\nCreate HMI screens and RTU logic for real-time monitoring and control.\nCollaborate with project teams to ensure timely delivery and quality.\nSupport FAT, SAT, and commissioning activities on-site and remotely.\nTroubleshoot and optimize system performance for maximum reliability.\nEngage with customers to refine designs and enhance system functionality.\nContribute to continuous improvement and adoption of new technologies. Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.\nYour Background\nBachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Automation, or related field.\nMinimum 3 years of experience in substation automation or industrial control systems.\nHands-on experience with MicroSCADA configuration and deployment.\nStrong knowledge of IEC 61850 and related communication protocols.\nFamiliarity with cybersecurity standards for automation systems.\nExcellent problem-solving and communication skills.
