We are working to change the way the company executes the sales process. The candidate will primarily focus on the development and maintenance of middleware logic and support systems to enable responsive, coherent, and pleasant user experience. The ideal candidate will also have knowledge of design principles and be able to bring our designs to life. This individual will be an integral part of the team and will work closely with frontend developers to define, design and develop the necessary APIs. The candidate should have the desire to grow into a full-stack developer and will play an essential part in defining how our applications look and feel.\nResponsibilities:\nDesign and develop robust, scalable, and secure web applications using Python and Django frameworks.\nCollaborate with product managers, designers, and other developers to understand project requirements and translate them into technical specifications.\nWrite clean, efficient, and maintainable code following best practices and coding standards.\nDevelop and maintain database schemas, queries, and APIs to support the application functionality.\nTroubleshoot and debug application issues, identifying and resolving performance bottlenecks, and optimizing application performance.\nStay updated with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in web development.\nCollaborate with the DevOps team to deploy and maintain applications on cloud platforms.\nWhat you'll Bring\nBachelor’s degree in computer science, Software Engineering, or a related field.\nProven experience as a Python Django Developer, with at least 3+ years of experience in web development.\nStrong proficiency in Python, Django, DRF and related frameworks.\nExperience with database systems, particularly SQL and ORM libraries (e.g., Django ORM, SQLAlchemy).\nUnderstanding of web technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and front-end frameworks (e.g., React, Angular).\nKnowledge of version control systems (e.g., Git) and experience with agile development methodologies.\nFamiliarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure) and containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes) is a plus.\nExcellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently as well as in a team.\nStrong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders.\nAbility to work independently, finding solutions to programming problems with minimal oversight\nAbility to work in a team with diverse technical backgrounds\nAbility to adapt to changing project requirements\nFamiliarity with working in Linux\nAbout us\nWe’re a global team of innovators.
