This opportunity offers the chance to work closely with Project Management, Engineering, and Planning teams, while developing expertise in cutting-edge BIM workflows and ensuring that any potential is-sues during modelling, clash detection, data conversion is dealt with efficiently ensuring compliance to ISO 19650 Standards.\nIf you are passionate about BIM, Common Data Environments, Digitalisation, and enabling successful project execution, this is your opportunity to learn, grow, and make an impact in a global environment.\nLocation, (Remote) with travel to sites and Birmingham offices as required\n(Please note we are unable to provide visa sponsorship for this position and right to work in UK is required)\nHow you'll make an impact:\nSupport of the implementation of BIM into projects working with global teams and other business units to incorporate best practices.\nReview specifications to identify BIM requirements for projects.\nSupport the development of Pre and Post Appointment BIM Execution/Information Management Plans and ensure that the specified plan is followed during project execution.\nMaintain and administrate projects Common Data Environment (CDE).\nSupport development and training of team on BIM processes and tools.\nSet up linked models and coordinate models across disciplines, including frequent model management, audits, administration and maintenance.\nLead and support BIM coordination meetings.\nCoordinate and manage BIM project data sets/workflow and project set up.\nUnderstand and ensure any changes in procedure and standards are effectively communicated to project teams\nYour Background\nEngineering degree preferred. with 3D Modelling experience and minimum of 3 years relatable work experience\nExperience with Revit, Navisworks, Autodesk Forma (previously Autodesk Construction Cloud/ACC), AutoCAD and Navisworks, and experience in BIM and data coordination.\nExperience with BIM coordination and BIM methodologies\nExperience with Asset Information Modelling (AIM), extracting from Models and transferring to customers.\nThorough understanding of BIM processes and global BIM standards like ISO19650\nProficient in using BIM authoring tools to provide technical support and mentoring required to the project team.\nAbility to manage time and deal with multiple projects simultaneously.\nIn this role you need to be self-motivated and work effectively both independently and as part of the team.\nStrong organizational skills, attention to detail, and good communication abilities.\nKnowledge of various relevant industry standard client BIM practices including National Grid / SSE / SPEN / DNO requirements, is desirable.\nIOSH Managing Safely or similar, is desirable.\nMore about us\nWe believe great work thrives in an environment where people feel genuinely supported and fairly rewarded.
