And that’s where you come in.\nJob Description:\nResponsibilities\nDevelop, maintain, and implement the BIM Execution Plan (BEP) in compliance with ISO 19650 and project requirements\nManage the Common Data Environment (CDE) and ensure effective information sharing across project stakeholders\nLead BIM management activities, including ownership of BIM models, BIM/CAD deliverables, and quality control processes\nCoordinate consultants, designers, suppliers, and subcontractors to ensure high-quality BIM deliverables and compliance with BIM standards\nFacilitate BIM coordination meetings, design reviews, clash detection, interface management, and issue resolution\nOversee federated model development, model integration, data management, and coordinate system maintenance\nEnsure consistent 3D modelling standards, asset data integration, and as-built information for operations and maintenance\nSupport project delivery through BIM-enabled 4D, 5D, and 6D applications, including planning, cost, and asset management\nMonitor project risks, critical design issues, quality assurance, and mitigation actions related to BIM deliverables\nSupport procurement, stakeholder engagement, software governance, and continuous improvement of BIM processes and digital delivery\nRequirements\n10+ years' experience in BIM Management/Coordination within railway projects\nStrong knowledge of ISO 19650, BIM standards, and Common Data Environment (CDE) management\nProven experience in railway engineering, particularly Civil Works, Systems Design, Commissioning, and Interface Management\nFamiliar with Revit models, Naviswork, Cabie tool to exchange models\nFamiliar with Autodesk tools\nExcellent stakeholder coordination, quality management, and BIM leadership skills\nThank you for your interest in Hitachi Rail.
