Ltd. This role involves acting as a crucial link between our Japanese and Vietnamese development teams, ensuring seamless communication, understanding of technical requirements, and successful project delivery.\nWhat you’ll be doing\nAct as a technical bridge between Japanese clients and engineering teams, communicating complex topics clearly in Japanese.\nManage technical requirements, clarify specifications, and align business processes with stakeholders.\nDrive maintenance and improvement activities, including issue investigation and system enhancements.\nPrepare technical documents and respond effectively to client inquiries.\nCombine BrSE and project management responsibilities to ensure smooth delivery and communication.\nWhat you bring to the team\nBachelor/Master’s degree in Computer Science/Engineering, Information Technology or related technical discipline.\nJapanese: Business/native level (JLPT N2/JLPT N1).\n3+ years of experience as a BrSE or in equivalent positions.\nSolid knowledge of software development with practical experience.\nProven experience leading teams and managing client-facing projects.\nStrong communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.\nExperience working onsite in Japan or with Japanese enterprise clients.\nGood English is a plus.\nHave experience in infrastructure, Data project is a plus.\nAbout us\nWe’re a global, team of innovators.
