We don’t expect you to ‘fit’ every requirement - your life experience, character, perspective, and passion for achieving great things in the world are equally as important to us.\nJob description\nThe role\nWork directly with international customers in English to understand workflows, pain points, and technical constraints, and identify high-ROI opportunities for AI-driven automation.\nTranslate ambiguous business problems into practical solution designs and implementation plans.\nDesign, build, integrate, and operate secure, reliable, and maintainable applications, APIs, data pipelines, and cloud solutions.\nRapidly prototype and validate solutions with customers.\nDeploy, monitor, and troubleshoot solutions in enterprise cloud environments.\nPresent solutions, explain technical trade-offs, collect feedback, and drive continuous improvement.\nDefine success criteria and measure delivered solutions against expected business outcomes.\nIdentify reusable components and feed customer insights back into internal engineering practices.\nTake end-to-end ownership from discovery through production deployment and operation.\nParticipating in 24x7 on-call rotation and perform after hours support, as needed\nWorking on shifts\nWhat will you bring\nStrong English communication skills, with the ability to independently discuss requirements, lead technical discussions, and present solutions to international customers.\nStrong hands-on software engineering experience with Python, Java, TypeScript, or similar languages.\nGood knowledge of APIs, SQL/databases, system integration, testing, Git, containers, and CI/CD.\nExperience building, deploying, or operating production applications and services.\nWorking knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure.\nStrong analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills.\nAbility to work with ambiguous and evolving customer requirements.\nHigh ownership, autonomy, and ability to quickly learn new technologies and business domains.\nTechnical Expertise\nStrong expertise in at least one of the following:\nApplication / AI: Backend/full-stack, APIs, GenAI/LLMs, RAG, AI agents, AI evaluation.\nData: SQL, data modeling, ETL/ELT, Spark, data integration, data platforms.\nCloud / Platform: AWS/Azure, Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD, IAM/security, observability, SRE.\nNice to Have\nDomain expertise in Rail & Transportation, Logistics, FinTech, HealthTech, or Supply Chain.\nExperience working directly with enterprise customers.\nConsulting, Solution Architecture, or Business Analysis experience with hands-on engineering.\nExperience deploying and operating solutions in complex enterprise environments.\nExperience leading discovery workshops, technical demonstrations, or customer presentations.\nJapanese communication skills or experience working with Japanese customers.\nAbout us\nWe’re a global, team of innovators.
