This role involves negotiation, drafting, execution, and administration of a wide range of agreements.\nJob Responsibilities**\n* Manage the entire contract lifecycle, from initial drafting and negotiation through execution, administration, and close-out.\n* Draft, review, and negotiate various types of contracts, including sales agreements, procurement contracts, service agreements, non-disclosure agreements (NDAs), and partnership agreements, ensuring alignment with company policies and legal requirements.\n* Collaborate with internal stakeholders such as legal, sales, procurement, finance, and project management teams to understand business needs and ensure contracts accurately reflect agreed-upon terms and conditions.\n* Identify, assess, and mitigate contractual risks, and develop strategies to protect Hitachi's interests.\n* Ensure compliance with all contractual terms and conditions, legal obligations, and internal policies and procedures.\n* Maintain accurate and organized contract records and documentation within the company's contract management system.\n* Develop and implement best practices for contract management processes and procedures.\n* Provide guidance and training to internal teams on contract-related matters.\n* Monitor contract performance and identify opportunities for optimization or renegotiation.\n* Resolve contractual disputes and issues in a timely and effective manner.\nJob Qualifications**\n* Bachelor's degree in Law, or a related field.
